Being bored and somewhat kitchen friendly back in 2001, I decided that I would follow my dream and make up some great recipes for our new Hot Sauces and share them with family and friends. I wanted to get away from the sauces that tasted more of vinegar than the peppers they were made of.
As time passed, they really enjoyed the flavour of my sauces and encouraged me to consider going commercial with my product.
In 2003 Habby Jacks Hot Foods (aka Habby Jacks Hot Sauce) was started. The sauces have been served on Oyster Bars of High End Hotel Lounges, Deli's, Hot Sauce Outlets, Pubs and Restaurants around the country. They have been served with seafood dishes, pizza, steaks, chicken, cottage cheese, soups, other dips and even a shot or two in your beer to make a Beer Blaster!
The recipes that we use are unique and original. They are made from fresh Habanero Peppers and other flavourable hot peppers and fruit, blended together to give you great taste as well as heat.
There is no sugar added to our recipes but only the sweet flavour of our fruit.
